I retired and moved to Mustang 2 months ago to be closer to my son and his wife. I came here last year to visit and really like the community. I came in here a couple times with him and recently by myself to pickup a frozen pizza and soda. The store is always clean and organized. It a decent sized grocery store with pretty much everything you would need. The only downside is the prices. They tend to be higher than Crest and Walmart. We were ordering our groceries from Kroger , but they are shutting down the warehouse and delivery the end of January. We shopped for years at Smith's which is a sister company of Kroger. Their prices are the best all around. This store is a short drive from our house , but we tend to go to Crest if we need anything like meat. I bought 3 cans of Made in Oklahoma Soda for $1.50 each and they are the tall boy cans. If you haven't tried them , check them out. I really like the Cherry Vanilla Spice. They also have Cream Soda and Root Beer. It's made with Cane Sugar instead of High Fructose Corn Syrup and it's made in Edmond , Oklahoma. I picked one up for the first time at Walmart , but they only had the one flavor. Several people have posted the Fried Chicken is very good and it looks good so one day I will buy some from the deli. I would've given this store 5 stars if the prices were more reasonable and the two times I've checked out the employees were not rude , but kind of not talkative or nice , just like they were not happy to be there.
Agree- staff are extremely helpful. Store very clean. Parking is convenient, can be busy parking area at times. Great store. Question, we relocated from ofallon illinois, they had a store named Dierbergs. in their store, deli fish, meat area would prepare or cook items upon request, such as blackened fish, dry rub ribs, smoked chicken etc. Plus had holiday meals, or side options too... Does your store do something similar.
This was my first time shopping at Homeland grocery store as my brother and I are from out of town. My brother and I went there to purchase ingredients that my sister asked to make Frito pie. We also got other things, as well i.e sunflower seeds and and soda pop. This store is very clean well organized and in an overly fashion. Staff working there are very friendly and polite and made us feel welcomed. Ms. Michelle , the cashier who rang us out was really kind, friendly, polite, and kind smile. She asked us if we found everything we were looking for. She indeed was very helpful.
This store is located in a shopping center and the parking can be a little difficult but it's well worth the trip. It takes us a little over an hour to get here from home. For food I would definitely keep coming back. This store also has electric carts for handicapped people. They have great prices on food, especially the meat department. I noticed that they didn't carry the pancake mix where you just add water nor sharp cheddar cheese bars. The non food items like dog food and laundry soap I can get cheaper at dollar general so we'll get those later. The shelves looked nicely stocked and The aisles are wide. The employees are very friendly and helpful too.
Always fresh and ready to go. I love the selection of fresh made sandwiches and entrees and the best fried chicken ever!! Hot or COLD,yes they sell Cold fried chicken This is actually the Yukon location in the photos.
Prices here are at a premium compared to most other grocery stores. The place is neat and clean and well stocked though and the produce they have is better than walmart up the street.
Good place to get in and out with items that need in a timely fashion. This homeland used to be a Cash Saver and before that, Williams, I believe. The store is kept clean and the produce and deli are always fresh. They have an ample health food selection as well as wine. I love their flower and gift area. They always have something unique.
